A Pre-Oscars Filmfest

No available posters for these four movies we're showing next week, so we had to make our own as needed! Inspired by many posters circulating online, of a simple object or character silhouette that their respective movies revolve around, I did what I could with the online low resolution photos and of course, the handy pen tool.

I don't know about you, but where I'm from, it's snowing!! :-)

One more day 'til Christmas!! May you feel the warmth of the season, no matter what part of the world you're from. Whether it's sweltering (as it is sometimes here), or you're shivering, this is the time for hugs, joy and love!!

Some pictures of the havoc I created in the stores during setting up. Still doesn't compare to the chaos in the store this past week!

I remember writing a very wishful entry a year ago, with pictures of my favorite Christmas decorations in homes and in malls, being inspired to spread the spirit of my favorite time of year. It was just a random thought, something I had always wondered about before, but never really knew how to go about fulfilling. Though I know I'm in nowhere near the level of those places whose decor I still look forward to seeing today, it's quite a comforting feeling that I've accomplished something I've always wanted to do.

I just want to remember this place I'm in, of feeling like I've come the right way, and at the same time knowing there's more to life. :-)
